Primary Responsibilities

Manage Budgets for Multiple IT Projects spanning the entire lifespan from procurement to end-of-service.

Develop and support lifecycle scheduling and prepare all procurement, sustainment and service support plan preparations with emphasis on gathering metrics for ROI tracking.

Support IT service delivery in accordance with the respective IT Service performance metrics , including contracted service level agreements, operating level agreements and associate contractor Agreements.

Qualifications

Must be hands on and experience with Earned value management techniques and best practices. Must be able to demonstrate actual experience with EVM. Additional prefer someone knowledgeable and experienced with DOD budgeting process.

Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts recruitment gathering and define scopes and objectives.

Use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefits and process management analysis.

Education and Experience

The candidates must be qualify BA/BS or equivalent from a recognized college or universities.

Must have PHP and IAT level II compliant certificate.
